Fort City Motors was established in 1989 at 3508 Midland Boulevard in Fort Smith, under the ownership of Joe and Tammy Howard.  The original location and ownership remains today, as does the dealership's original mission, which is to sell quality pre-owned vehicles suiting the needs of a wide variety of customers, at prices and payments they can afford.
